Welcome to Alantu Bakehouse. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (alantu-bakehouse.co.uk) and your purchase of products and subscriptions from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information This website is operated by ALANTU ENTERPRISE LTD. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13877568 and have our registered office at 16 Hardy Close, Barnet, London, Herts, England, EN5 2FA.

2. Products and Pricing We specialize in premium artisanal baked goods and raw baking ingredients.

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products (including our bundles and subscriptions) at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Due to the artisanal nature of our baking, slight variations in the appearance or weight of our breads may occur.

3. Orders and Payments By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the payment details provided are valid and correct.

We use Stripe as our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.

4. Subscription Services (Weekly Health Box) If you enroll in our £25 “Weekly Health Box” subscription plan:

Billing: You will be billed automatically on a recurring weekly basis to your original payment method.
Cancellation: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by emailing us. To prevent the next week’s charge, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

5. Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure maximum freshness. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. ALANTU ENTERPRISE LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ALANTU ENTERPRISE LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
